I would urge your favorable consideration of a bill which would increase the penalties for those convicted of child pornography possession. This is desperately needed. Maryland is one of only 4 states in the country where this crime is not considered a felony (it is only a misdemeanor now), and this is a shame on MD.

Could you please tell me where you stand on this issue?
